We do not collect personal names, physical addresses, or full financial account details unless required for compliance or support.
2. How We Use Your Information
Your email is used to deliver your license serial key, send license expiry notifications, and provide customer support. Your device fingerprint is used solely to bind your license to one device and prevent unauthorized sharing.
3. Payment Information
Payments may be processed by third-party payment providers. We may store limited payment metadata such as a transaction reference, status, payer email, tax information, or anti-fraud signals when necessary to deliver licenses, prevent abuse, or comply with legal obligations. We do not store full card numbers or banking credentials on our servers.
4. Data Storage & Security
Your data is stored securely in a Supabase PostgreSQL database with Row-Level Security (RLS) enabled. All API communications use HTTPS encryption. We do not share your data with third parties except as required by law or as necessary to operate the service.
5. Activation Logging
We log license activation and verification attempts, including IP address, device fingerprint, and timestamp. This data is used for security monitoring and abuse prevention only.
6. Cookies & Tracking
Our website does not use cookies for behavioral advertising. We may use essential technical storage required for site functionality, security, localization, or checkout continuity. We do not use invasive third-party advertising trackers on public pages.
7. Data Retention
License and payment records are retained for the duration of your license plus up to 12 months for support, fraud prevention, accounting, and legal compliance purposes. You may request deletion of your data by contacting support@waybacksnap.com, subject to records we must retain by law.
8. Your Rights

We use third-party services such as Supabase (database hosting), email delivery providers, payment processors, and hosting infrastructure providers. Each service may process data according to its own privacy policy and applicable data processing terms.
