1. Acceptance of Terms
By purchasing, downloading, or using WaybackSnap software ("the Software"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Software.
2. License Grant
Upon purchase and activation, WaybackSnap grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Software on a single device for the duration of your purchased plan. The license is bound to one device via hardware fingerprint.
3. Permitted Use
The Software is designed to download and restore publicly archived websites from the Internet Archive Wayback Machine. You are solely responsible for ensuring your use of restored content complies with applicable copyright laws and the terms of the Internet Archive.
4. Restrictions
You may not: (a) redistribute, sublicense, or resell the Software; (b) reverse engineer, decompile, or modify the Software; (c) share your license key with third parties; (d) use the Software for illegal purposes or to infringe on intellectual property rights; (e) circumvent the licensing mechanism.
5. Payment & Pricing
Prices are displayed in USD unless stated otherwise. We may use third-party payment processors to handle checkout, taxes, fraud prevention, and payment confirmation. Access to the Software or license delivery may be delayed or withheld until payment has been successfully authorized or captured.
6. Refund Policy
WaybackSnap is a digital software product. Refund requests are reviewed according to our refund policy and applicable law. If you experience technical issues or believe you were charged in error, contact support@waybacksnap.com before initiating a chargeback so we can help resolve the issue.
7. License Duration & Renewal
Licenses are valid for the duration of the purchased plan (1 month, 6 months, or 1 year). After expiration, the Software will cease to function until a new license is purchased or the existing license is renewed.
8. Device Binding
Each license is bound to one device upon first activation. License transfers to a new device require verification of email ownership through our transfer process. We are not responsible for licenses activated on unintended devices.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Software is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. WaybackSnap does not guarantee that all website content can be successfully restored, as availability depends on Internet Archive's data. We do not guarantee compatibility with all websites or hosting configurations.
10. Limitation of Liability
WaybackSnap shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Software. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the license.
11. Termination
We reserve the right to revoke any license at our sole discretion if these terms are violated. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Software.
12. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the Software after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
